Johnny Brazil’s 40-year-old all-time track record at Stockton 99 Speedway was just broken by Bobby Dalton at 11.769 seconds on the quarter-mile paved oval during speed tour super modified qualifying. Brazil, of Manteca, held the old record of 11.899 seconds, set June 1, 1985.
