The Smith family have owned and operated Fremont Raceway Park for over 30 years. As time has gone by, the sport of karting has changed tremendously. The Smith family have maintained their promise to keep karting in Northwest Ohio by keeping it fun, fair and affordable. The track, which was formerly known as Hasselbach's Kart Speedway, was constructed in 1961. At over 60 years old, Fremont Raceway Park is one of the top 3 oldest kart tracks in America.
