We are a state car council, the oldest in the nation. Purpose: to work for establishment and maintenance of laws and rules of government that foster and permit participation by persons in our overall vehicle hobby. Member COVA. WACIA, Inc 1972 is our newsletter, which includes news releases and action directions to appropriate entities when required, about actual or potential or necessary work with government bodies that will maintain a viable and healthy climate for hobby participation.
