The club started when a group of early Mustang convertible drivers kept meeting after parades in the mid-1970's. By 1979 the club was chartered and began monthly meetings and assessing dues. The club continues the tradition and purpose of promoting the enjoyment and preservation of the Ford Mustang (1964 to present) and Shelby Mustang (1965 to 1970). Ownership is not a prerequisite to membership. Dues: $30 per year (July 1-June 30), Additional family members (optional) over age 12 are $10 each.
