Eddie Walter founded The East Coast Car Association Inc. in 1999 to raise money for St. Mary's Hospital for Children. Eddie dedicated all his time to creating the ECCAs weekly cruise nights and shows. He would attend any car show, cruise night, street fair or parade that would help raise money for his cause. Eddie passed away suddenly on February 26, 2007. We vowed to keep the ECCA running as Eddie would have wanted.
