Good Time Cruisers Car Club Good Time Cruise-Ins

The Good Time Cruisers Car Club hosts monthly cruise-ins on the second Saturday of each month from 4 PM until sundown at the Locust Grove Town Center at Routes 20 and 611. The 2026 season marks 15 years at this location. Scheduled dates include April 11, May 9, June 13, July 11, August 8, September 12, and October 10. A special cruise to the Wilderness Library takes place July 22 from 5 PM to 7 PM. On-site dining options include Mama’s Pizza, Guacamole Mexican, Rita’s Italian Ice, and Champs Chicken. A DJ plays oldies music throughout the event. The club donates proceeds to local charities including Lake of the Woods & Mine Run Fire & Rescue, Boy Scouts Troop 197, Wilderness Branch Library, Project Linus, Orange County Toy Box, and Wilderness Food Pantry. Attendees are asked to bring canned goods for the local food pantry. Admission is free for spectators and participants, with donations appreciated. Awards are presented for vehicles in multiple categories, including Favorite Diamond in the Rough Vehicle. The event features 50/50 and door prize drawings. Alcohol, bicycles, skateboards, hover boards, and drones are prohibited in the show car area. Burnouts, donuts, and racing are not allowed.
