Tech Session @ Drive Collective

Hey Everyone, We are finishing up the year with a timely Tech Session event at the recently opened Drive Collective. This may be the Tech Session you’ve been waiting for! Whether we admit it or not, we are always “sideways looking” for that perfect car deal. But what can we do if we find our team ride but our 4-wheeled desire exceeds our storage space? Should we consider building another garage, another house, or move to a mega garage home for our dream cars? Here is a possible answer that may be a more affordable alternative to the above options. Meet David Fosberg, owner of Drive Collective in Tualatin, Oregon. David will talk to us and discuss services he can provide and tasks you can do for your car(s) in your garage. Part #1 What preps should be considered before your car is put to bed for short-term or for winter? These are preps that you can do in your garage? Mechanical preparations Battery charging/Float charging Status of tire pressure Car finish preparations options Routine monthly status check of your vehicle while in storage, Part #2 As an alternative plan, you could let Drive Collective take on the responsibilities for you. Some highlights that will be shown: Drive Collective is an in-one, all-in-one storage service. This is a large, clean, climate-controlled facility with an extensive security system in place. You can set up drop-off, or switch cars, or take cars out by a phone app provided when you become a member. Cars will be ready to drive, clean (even has a detail service in the facility), and tested monthly to start. Your vehicle will be wiped interior and out as well as in preparation for requested pickup and routine monthly interior/exterior wipe to keep it all very clean. There are lots more of Professional Advantage if it suits your needs. Please look at their website and see all that is provided: https://pdxdrivecollective.com/ Large club room to gather and perhaps start our drive events from here. Also announcing James Vaughn will be your new Chair for the 2027 Tech Sessions. Please welcome Jim. I’ll still be in the background helping when needed. – Tosh
