"Here are the details: What: Northern Illinois Streeters Fun Run September 2021 Where: Starting point will be the McDonalds at 1904 Richmond Rd, McHenry, IL. We will meet in the parking lot behind the McDonalds. When: Saturday September 11, 2021. We will start assembling at 8:00 am with the last group leaving at 9:00 am. You can grab coffee and breakfast as well as use the washrooms at the McDonalds before leaving on the run. We should reach our lunch destination around 12:30 pm. This one will start in McHenry, IL and take us up through towns like Eagle and Palmyra in Wisconsin and ending in a lunch at a drive-in in Elkhorn. This will be a fun cruise through the Kettle Moraine State Forest so you can run your car but it will be on all paved roads so you don't have to worry about stone damage. You can run in a group with your friends or go individually. The final destination will be a lunch at an old style drive-in. There will be good straights as well as twists and turns and many rolling hills. Notes: The route will be handed out at the meeting location. You can travel in a group or individually, it's up to you! The Streeters do recommend that you follow all traffic laws and we cannot be held responsible for any issues or incidents.
