Triad BBC Breakfast

From Ron: I just wanted to follow up with the previous announcement that the BBC Breakfast will no longer be at the Olympic Restaurant in Colfax, due to it not being a ‘breakfast venue’ in the future. It is hard to believe, but the Olympic Restaurant has been the home of the BBC Breakfast for the past five years, and I think the Olympic breakfast team was as sad to see us go as we were. Anyway, the good news: After looking around at our local options, we have decided that the BBC Breakfast will move to Cagney’s Kitchen at 7360 W. Friendly Avenue in Greensboro.  Most importantly, Cagney’s does a great breakfast, has a separate dining area, and good parking for our British cars. Cagney’s is about 4 miles from the Olympic Restaurant, so it is still fairly central to the Triad area, and still easily accessible to the BBC regulars, and should not add any appreciable journey time to the ‘out-of-towners’ who enjoy the monthly breakfast get-together. So, check your Google Maps, then you won’t get lost and miss breakfast, and we will see you at Cagney’s Kitchen at 8:00am on Saturday the 5th of September.
