Inspect your MG cars and grab some chili!
The Fall Tune Down & Chili Party hosted by Dave “Cowboy” Bralich will take place on Sunday, November 8th. This will be the 17th time Dave has hosted this event and is open to CMGC members that want to take advantage of looking under, over, and around your MG, along with the help of other CMGC members that want to tinker with each car that pulls into the garage.
Do you know what your winter project will be? If not, this is a perfect time to gather in Dave’s garage and make use of the low-lift hoist to do some underbody inspection. I am sure we can find something that should be fixed, adjusted, or replaced to determine what your winter project will look like in order to have completed before next year’s driving season. With this being the end of the driving season it could be a good time for an oil change, some tune-up work, or minor repairs. Bring your own parts, oil and a jug for disposal (yes, you will take your old oil away).
If you are set with your upcoming winter project and just want to lend a hand, stop by anyway. Everyone will be welcomed to help themselves to the delicious – Cowboy’s Famous Chili and other goodies that will be provided.
Location:
82 King Drive, Streamwood, IL
Garage will open at 10:00 am
